As for the source, this was a letter sent to Representative Bobby Scott (D-VA 3rd) and posted on Congress.org. Congress.org is a project of the CQ-Roll Call Group, the largest news organization on Capitol Hill.
Rep. Scott did not say he believed it and neither do I. This is a discussion forum, so let’s discuss, eh?
Madsen is a kook. I believe the Ulsterman interviews, for the most part, but this Madsen stuff is just too much to believe.
