O’Donnell cost us seats. You saw the “I am not a witch” ad right? That was played throughout the country
And people believed O’Donnell when she told them she wasn’t a witch, and people knew jolly well about the gossip that was calling her a witch.
Now Nancy Pelosi, she is a witch. (And Harry Reid, a warlock.)
Yes you smell like a troll.
Personally, and i’m sure many others feel the same way,i don’t care that we lost the seat. The Republican insiders have to know we get a seat at the table as well or they get nothing. This election, the Tea Party movement was about far more than winning races,it was about having people more ideologically aligned with conservatives. We may be closer in spirit to the Republican Party but they are not even close to perfect, only a little more so after the last election.
There’s no question O’Donnell was not a great candidate for her state. There’s no question Millers campaign was not well run. Yes Angle shot herself in the foot a few times at the start of her campaign. The point is,while we would have loved to have gotten those candidates elected,we would rather lose a few races than let the Republican Party continue to shove their idea of what a candidate should be down our throats.
I’ll give you that Rove was correct from his point of view but as an insider himself what he also saw was power slipping from the party bosses even as they had a great election. That’s what the election was about. That’s what those candidates were about.
Rove has made millions from the GOP. The very least he can do is when he does not like a candidate who wins a primary is STFU while he awaits orders.
If you were represented by an ad agency who bad-mouthed your company's products, what would you do?
ODonnell cost us seats
Failure to take the Senate, when it was quite possible, has to be the responsibility of the NRCC, The RNC, and Karl Rove. Karl is a hired hand. Not the foreman. Leaders do not take orders from the help. Especially with the track record this pompous Rove anus has.
You actually think an ad for O’Donnell changed people’s minds about votes for Miller?
