Yeah Its just a defense attempt to distract from their client. There is no debate that Condit was screwing around with Levy.
That said, I’m glad Condit gets to be reminded of it again.
They're totally into circumastantial evidence on this guy they're trying to pin it on...and they have absolutely "0".

Agreed. He paid the appropriate price for his conduct, having an affair with a young employee. His political career ended, and I’m sure it didn’t do his family life any good. There was never any doubt that he had a relationship with this young woman. I’m sure the jury will see through the smoke and mirrors and convict the defendant, who is the person who killed this woman.
I do not think he committed the murder but he does not deserve a break. He stonewalled on testifying about Chandra. Her parents were left high and dry on information.
Had he not been sleeping with her, I MIGHT have understood. But he was, and it was information that should not have to have been pried from him.

Condit was acting suspicious. He completely shut down. He refused to give information about his relationship with Levy which was pertinent.
Who knows if they have the right person.
Chandra’s dead, he stonewalled, and now he’s paying for it forevermore.
Screw him.

He failed to serve the required amount of time to get his federal retirement pay as well.There is justice after all.
