Isn’t ever aircraft tracked at all times? Seems to me it would be pretty easy to find out if there was an aircraft at that location at that time . YES ?

Ummm. That's not even a little bit true. Have you ever been outside? I thought the same thing. Interesting to watch people create facts (literally in this case) out of thin air.
