If it was a launch, why no Red Collar call from a DSP bird alarm?

If a/c, why no ATC track? I know ATC keeps recording of all a/c tracks for at least 180 days.

DOD would have rules out a/c ASAP. Time and direction would be easily discernable from sun angle.

Also plume/contrail does not dissipate at extent jet contrails do.

There are plenty of ATC radar tracks...but since everyone is asking the military/FAA about unidentified "missiles" they aren't providing info on/investigating jet contrails. Here are two possible flights:

Yes, as far as a missile launch, you are correct, why no detection from DoD birds? Space Command/NORAD has radar/detection at Point Magu/Goleta, CA???
