It is an odd thing. Some it gets better and some it gets worse. I have a female friend who went berserk over C about 15 years ago. Watched everything she ate, did exercise etc. Her’s went way up in the bad area. Gave it up and went on a eat whatever I want diet and now her numbers are well within medical guidelines.
