I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving surrounded by family and friends. We had Thanksgiving early, and ate turkey enchilada on Thursday. I'd be glad to share the easy recipe with you. This Christmas we'll be able to spend time with all ten of our grandchildren (and their parents, too). Please pray for my 89 year old mother, she is in stage 3b breast cancer.
