Interesting. I see far more “I will never buy a Samsung phone again” posts. They are notoriously bad about supporting their products. The notable recent one is the Behold II which never got a software update once it came out despite Samsung saying it would. It took Samsung several months to get a software fix out for the GPS issue the AT&T and T-Mobile variants of the Galaxy S and it still isn’t great. The update to 2.2 is supposed to be coming this month for some International versions, but has no expected date in the US as far as I know.

That just might be true about Samsug as far as their smart phones..... I can just speak about other Samsung products I have that have not disappointed. I assume this competence extends to their smart phones
