Supporters in Harmer's district successfully overturned two elections recently. The SEIU and NEA are in what they know is a fight for survival as they have destroyed California's business. I won't put the names on FR, but they just conducted a training to detect vote fraud in San Ramon. There is no verifiable audit trail, but the use of paper ballots has made cheating a bit more complicated. It is no accident that close races always go to the left. The end justifies the means. But for Harmer to be close, he may well have won by significant. We got a whiff when hundreds of residents of retirement homes discovered they had voted absentee in the race for Sec of State. Harmer's people know many of the tricks and Harmer seems inclined to fight.

He may want to wait until California declares bankruptcy, as Governor Moonbeam oversaw when the Oakland School District descended into receivership while he was mayor of Oakland. No telling what the courts will do with the state legislature, but goodness knows they won't have the wealth of nearly as many corporations or wealthy individuals to redistribute. Cisco and Google and Tesla will not have more Tarp money to waste on programs the Utopian left intended to force down our throats.

Thanks for the info. It sheds more light on this late bizarreness. I hope Harmer does fight.

That is probably how Harry Reid won. He called the union thugs in at the last minute and pulled it out in a close race.
