I had Norton years ago. I did not like it. I had a virus one time and yet they say I have nothing. Now I have CA 2010(from Time Warner also), and I loved it!

I had Norton years ago when it was just a one time purchase price and then it went to crap the day they started charging yearly subscription fees, and even then they would screw up your credit card information and they would blame the customer for the screw up and never issued a refund. I had enough of that rodeo and haven’t looked back.

I have been using CA for years. The only problem I recall was the copywrite date wasn’t automatically updating. I finally called their customer support and I got it taken care of. (It was a rather strange problem.)
