The Norwich boys whooped up on the VMI and Citadel boys pretty bad. Stonewall should have stayed there another semester and taught them a little better.
(Kind of kidding...a little inter mil-school rivalry humor.)
And as history has described - the citizen-forces that hold America together has many facets.
So what Gen. Jackson had to say at that time is just as applicable today as WE ALL face and implacable enemy and I repeat his sentiment and my comment;
NO RETREAT !! NO SURRENDER !! NO PRISONNERS !! “...kill them sir, kill them all, they are the enemy !!”
