At the 10,000 foot level, what did we just do with the election?
Remember in the past, when a precious left wing program was threatened - like Social Security, the Dems would all jump up and down at the same time and scream until they got their way. And the Constitution and the people would lose.
The tea party just did the same thing. We all jumped up and down at the same time. But there’s a big mess in produce to clean up.
The social security mess is the democrats best weapon during an election. This is their ticket to DC every election. The Republicans should be quiet about it, during a campaign. Hammer the Cap and Trade, the Healthscare bill, government’s take over of gm, banks etc. LEAVE SOCIAL SECURITY ALONE! Republican candidates, read the healthcare bill and use that against the democrats! Hillary will run in 2012, I’ll bet my suv on it. She’ll bring up social security for bait..watch. She’s no different than the muslin in the whitehouse..she’s alinsky through and through..she is an American, has a bc to prove it, but she’s also red all the way through.
