Surely there's a bureaucrat somewhere who can put a stop to this because I'm sure he doesn't have the proper licensing. Seriously though, seems like a cool kid. I like his entrepeneurial spirit. And his cause.

That is sweet of him. I have volunteered as a guardian on Honor Flights, and it is truly the trip of a lifetime for the vets, and free to them.
I can say that for our local chapter, it costs about $700 per vet, and each has a guardian that pays $300 for their own flight.
I would encourage anyone to donate to their local Honor Flight chapter.
