Absolutely.
Because the president has to be kept secure. The CEOs and other guests are not part of the presidential entourage, so they have to be kept at a different hotel. While the Zer0 could (and should) have gone with a smaller, more defensible hotel, I don’t have any issue with this.

1. If I was CEo that was to make this trip I would not for fear of my life.
What better way to remove CEO’s than to have “terrorist” attack take them out.
2. If I was CEO slated for this trip I would get lost in transit, then show up back home after all the others CEO’s no lomger walked the planet
