EPA be advised. Texas Tea is a brewing. It may spill over the borders to many other states. With the installation of the 112th Congress, rules of the game Will Change.

Arrogance may have a dear price for bureaucRats.

This ought to be good. About time somebody told'em to shove it. Prepare for the Fed's cutting off some federal money.

Stand up to those EPA bastards.

Tancredo was on Beck today and he was talking about a Tenth Amendment group he wants to form to do this very same thing. If enough of us said no, we could back the bastids down. If Texas is out there all alone, we will end up like AZ. What part of Article 8 or 9 covers the CO2 in the air? There is no commerce in air because we ain't sellin it or buyin it.

I figured they’d be more likely to be upset with the “only 10K rounds” part.

Good for Texas!

Without refineries we are S.O.L. when it comes to national defense, just what Obama wants!
