Wonder how much this has to do with Miley’s career? Back in the Hannah Montana days when Miley tried to act out and wear sexy outfits her mother would crack down on her, but Billy Ray always seemed to shrug it all off,now that the daughter is headed to Britney Spears/Lindsay Lohan territory I suspect this has caused some real issues in the marriage... all supposition of course.

Boy, in this economy, it’s going to be real tough to make ends meet being divorced.
Running two households is expensive. I hope these simple country folk can make it.

Probably joint custody (standard agreement) for a year until Miley becomes an adult and then, she can act like Britney or Lindsay anytime she wants.
