Of course it’s a tactic. It’s like the “fiscally conservative Blue Dog Democrats” or the “pro-life Democrats”. Like Joe Manchin saying, “Heck, if I had read the health care bill I never would have supported it.” Until the vote comes up that reveal them for what they really are they hide in the shadows. These people have no integrity.
