The very thought of just languidly accepting eternal damnation is just so very sad.

If you're familiar the Stones' songs you'll realize these guys are somewhat fans of Satan. I doubt Richards realizes the consequences of his allegience.

It doesn't often occur to me to pray for these guys, but many souls go to hell because there is no one to pray for them. Pray (at least once) for the soul of Keith Richards.

What a preposterous doctrine. The fact is that if a person is determined to sin, he's lost and nobody can "pray" him into heaven.

1 John 5:16 16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.

BTW, the "sin not unto death" happens to be any sin one repents of. Any unrepented of sin is a sin unto death.

Are you claiming that your interpretation of scripture is authoritative? On what basis can one pray for the spiritual well-being of another, if prayers for another's spiritual welfare are not efficacious?
