I think we need to spend much more. Did we hurt their feelings by doing the first study? I know FOR A FACT that if I do not conduct a multi-million dollar research project with the extra bells and whistles and a luxurious yacht ..that there is NO WAY that we will EVER find out if we hurt the feelings of cestacians and those other thingies that swim around.
