Why would the Nazi’s align themselves with a dictator who is fighting leftists if they were leftists?
Socialism is a funny word. The UK, German, Sweden, Canada can all be called Socialist yet none of them are fascist.
Well... let’s see. “The enemy of my enemy is my friend” comes to mind. And yes, those countries do have socialist elements, to some lesser or greater extent. And yes, they aren’t fascist. If they were nationalistic, socialist, and totalitarian.... eh, who knows? And remember, Germany was fascist, so they have some experience they could pass on... ;)
