A judge ruled Saturday that the Fairbanks North Star Borough must release personnel records of U.S. Senate candidate Joe Miller.
"I hold that although Mr. Miller has a legitimate expectation of privacy in those documents, Mr. Miller's right to privacy is indeed outweighed by the public's significant interest in the background of a public figure who is running for the U.S. Senate," the judge said. He noted that U.S. senator is among the highest elected offices in the nation.

Who same? The judge was appointed by Murkowsky's father who was a Republican. This is a state judge in Alaska. He has no jurisdiction over Hawaii.

This stinks to high heaven. Everybody should be coming to the aid of Miller and say F U to the judge, not until the Usurper releases all of his documents. This is going every where. Please, do not let this story die; send it to everybody that cares about this Republic.

A judge ruled Saturday that the Fairbanks North Star Borough must release personnel records of U.S. Senate candidate Joe Miller. A problem here is the judge's order is directed at the North Star Borough (government entity?), and not Miller.

Not in Alaska ~ Obama doesn't live in Alaska. He fur shur wasn't born there either (right?).
On the other hand he has a whole huge number of cousins there ~ but he doesn't know any of them!

Well then....EVERY American in this nation has a legitimate right to know that Obama is a natural born citizen. Release **all** the documents!

“Can Miller stall till after the election.?”
Why should Miller stall when he has nothing to hide?
To: muawiyah
He should not have jurisdiction in his own home. Regardless of where his jurisdiction it it shows the fallacies of the judicial process in America!
To: RocketRoland
What fallacy?
I think you are demanding something the federal system is supposed to control as an evil ~ the tight as iron uniformity of the judicial system and of laws.
States have their own laws.
Hawaii is a state. Alaska is a state. Neither has jurisdiction over the other. Their judges do their stuff within the framework of laws in each place.

And it’s the 56th state. Or, 58th. Something like that.

I realize what you are saying but you dont get my point.States Rights under the Democrats only come into play when it benefits the Democrats. Just like Obama being a Christian!Just like invoking the Constitution.
To: RocketRoland
You are confounding two issues ~ state's rights, and jurisdiction.
It makes much more sense to argue them separately.
Alas, most of this thread is given over to arguments that might be correct if the Alaska court was a federal court, and not a state court.

BTW, the judge is a Republican, and he's actually doing this on behalf of a woman who's still a registered Republican and was actually elected to office as a Republican.
So, what does this mean to Democrats?

My argument is one in the same. The Federal Government believes in States Rights as long as they pertain to something they want. The same goes for the Constitution. But they ignore both States Rights and the Constitution when they do not get their way.As far as Murkowksi being a Republican, she is not. She is running as an Independent.
To: RocketRoland
And your point is what?
Here you have people demanding that Hawaii courts make the same judgments as an Alaskan court, and vice versa.
And that has what to do with federal courts?
