Think I’ll stick with the ‘pink-free’ (so far) baseball playoff games...the upcoming Washington Senators/New York Giants World Series could be a classic...Lee/Lincecum? Wow.

As opposed to that epic SF at CAR match up? :)

There will be NO hitting. Tackles are now by request only ;) As a result of the league putting every one on edge I do expect to see some of the best tackling we've seen in years particularly from the defensive backs.

I would LOVE to see a world class hit put on Roger Goodell.
This guy is a disaster to and for the NFL that needs to be replaced immediately, if not sooner.

If Lee and Lincecum both have their A+ stuff then Game 1 might only last two hours.

To: mainepatsfan
    Yeah, that too. yawn

This guy is a disaster to and for the NFL that needs to be replaced immediately, if not sooner. How he handles the next labor deal will go a long way in determining whether or not the owners renew his deal in the future.

Watch, theyll probably tie lol Carolina will take that at this point.

To: martin_fierro
Yeah, that too. yawn Imagine the crack television crew Fox dispatched to cover that one. /s

To: mainepatsfan
In my honest opinion the guy has already been given enough rope to hang himself.
The fact that he is a die hard liberal just tells me that Goodell will roll over for the players union. The game is suffering because of Goodell and his policies already.
He needs to go, now.

Couldn’t be any worse than the crack crew TNT had calling the ALCS.

Lincecum sure didn’t look good in relief last night...but, you are right: a Lee/Lincecum game 1 (if it lives up to potential) could be one for the record books.

I have a coworker who had no idea that the Giants once played in New York.LOL...it's a World Series for the 'geriatric set'! We remember the Senators AND the Giants, although I was in the single-digits back then...not quite geriatric yet... :-)
 Okay...back to football.

It seems like we rarely get to see two aces match up in Game 1 of the World Series. Most of the time the aces are busy pulling their teams across the finish lines in the LCS.
