It said there had been numerous complaints in the past and the dog had been in the pound before, also, that Mr. Fry had the option of simply picking his dog up from the pound and dealing with the fine in court.

But no, he had to pull this ridiculous stunt. From the mention of his shotgun I’m assuming he was waving a loaded gun around while he was doing it.

It’s just possible this dog was terrorizing the neighborhood and he did nothing about it. If the dog had mauled a kid would we be waxing sentimental and singing “Old Dog Tray” here?
