Mr. Fry seems like a first class jerk. Threatening to murder people because he couldn’t handle his own business? Guy’s a sociopath. Poor dog.
Certainly sounds like a mental case, or just age related problems, but in either case this may be what it takes to push him over the edge.

You’re going to see a lot more of this sort of thing as people are pushed to the wall by forces they believe they can’t control. He may have been a real psychopath or someone who just couldn’t deal with the situation he was in.
I agree. The guy’s a real @$$hat. Let’s his dog run loose and then starts talking about shooting people.
They should have euthanized his wrinkled old butt too. I had a neighbor like that once. I told him if his dog ever tried to bite me I’d kill it. He told me he’d hunt me down. I told him that wasn’t necessary, I’d be coming for him next.
You don’t let your dog run loose and then threaten people for enforcing the law.
