No!!
BOR truly took advantage of a vulnerable production assistant who was in financial difficulty. BOR is the lowest of the low.
Somebody please correct my recollection if I am wrong with any facts.
BOR's victim was a production assistant who worked for one of BOR's producers (who was a female as well). For all practical purposes, the production assistant was unknown to BOR.
BOR's victim broke up with a boyfriend with whom she lived. The boyfriend moved out of the apartment that they shared. She was now in a position where she could not afford to continue to live in that apartment without the benefit of the ex-boyfriend's income. She approached her boss about taking on more responsibility so as to increase her income. Her boss, BOR's producer, brought the issue to BOR.
BOR invited this woman out to dinner to discuss her situation. From that point BOR started to sexually harass her by every definition of the offense. She was not in a position to respond. She eventually could not take his harassment any more and filed a complaint.
BOR settled with the woman without contestation and obtained from her a confidentially agreement. She left FOX.
I repeat, BOR is the lowest of the low.
Didn’t know that about Bill O’Reilly.
You forgot the luffa sponge.
She was never fired.
