Great if true, but I find it hard to believe that DNA testing was done on ballots and cross-ref’d with individuals

Agree and wth are they doing with a database of voter DNA?! That’s creepy...unless it’s prisoners or some such.
This is too odd, there must be more to this story.
Likely a process of elimination, probably similar to what police do to identify/eliminate suspects in a crime.
