The Roads and Transport Authority’s Intelligent Traffic System displayed signs on most foggy areas alerting drivers to reduce speed and switch on the fog lights.

It's a good thing that their roads are so well equipped. Otherwise how the drivers would know that they are in the fog, and what to do? :-)
