Taylor Swift has reportedly criticised John Mayer in a song from her new album.

He’s a singer that 20 somethings listen too. One step head of taylor twerp. She is trying to break into his market.
Sensitive, singer/songwriter-type who made a fortune separating college girls from their money and is now trying to reestablish himself as something of a Stevie Ray Vaughan-styled guitar slinger, --only much better looking. Also enjoys a reputation for bedding an extensive list of beautiful Hollywood starlets and then never calling them back.
In short, my personal hero.
Just my oppinion but I don’t think either one of them is very talented. And if she sang a song about him how could anyone tell? She’s as hard to understand as he is.
It’s called hype. Hell, this whole string of events between those two was probably storyboarded and approved by corporate. It’s just a way to keep them in the tabloids.

Guess she wouldn't have songwriting material if she were moral, chaste and waiting for the perfect young man in her life. Instead, like so many other young celebrities these days, those fleeting "hook-ups" will keep her in the entertainment gossip news (career booster by today's disgusting standards).
