Dunno. He looks a little like Hugo Weaving. Don’t want a Bilbo that can kill goblins just by knitting his eyebrows.
Especially since Hugo Weaving is nearly certain to be there as Elrond.
It will be interesting to see how he does.
However, I do think it unfortunate that Ian Holm is not reprising his role.
