what about those little bulbs for the ice box and oven?
As I understand it, things like oven bulbs, flood lights and some higher wattage bulbs are exempt.
I actually use the oven light in my kitchen oven for making yogurt. With the door cracked a certain amount (a deck of cards) and the oven light on... the oven stays right around 112 degrees. Sometimes I have to turn the light off if the temp starts getting to high, but just turn it back on 5 minutes later and adjust the crack size in the door by shifting the pack of cards.
It beats paying $1.05/lb for the cheapest store-bought yogurt, when a whole gallon of milk can be had for $2.79.
