Years ago I was on the I-55 bridge leading into Memphis, east bound for Tunica. Even the semi traffic was shaking the old bridge. And about 20 klics N is New Madrid epic center. Needless to say, a bad place to be.
If it blows, the old RR bridge will drop faster than Kim Kardasian.
Memphis will be a complete disaster if hit by an earthquake. We have a son who works in Memphis and we keep in close contact with him.
And I’m where? About 30 miles N of Memphis, in Brighton. 8 miles from the Mississippi River.
