DC if you want to be classed as an animal, far be it for me to correct you. I'm a human being and quite a bit further up the scale. Any dog can do it the street and during homosexual parades, they do. But Human Beings have self respect and dignity. And a choice.

Just because I don't agree with you doesn't mean I am discrediting anything other than you. Art 1 Sect 8 is very explicit, as is the Bill of Rights.

Are you trying to claim that the Constitution provides for homosexual rights? Please elaborate. Because that is another homosexual talking point. And it does no such thing. You cannot ignore that the men that wrote the Constitution considered homosexual acts to be, in the words of Washington a crime :His Excellency the Commander in Chief approves the sentence and with Abhorrence and Detestation of such Infamous Crimes .

Human beings are animals that have SENTIENCE and REASON. You are using the first to the exclusion of the second.

No. Just equal Rights. Just like Blacks, legal Ukranian immigrants, and people with only one leg all have equal Rights under the Law. I'm also claiming that the Government is one of limited powers given to it by "We the People" in the manner of a written Constitution. None of the powers given to the FedGov allow it to prohibit, or explicitly allow, gay marriage. In fact, as I have already stated, the 1St amendment prevents the FedGov (or the States via Art 6 para 2 and the 10th Amed) from re-writing any religions marriage customs, ceremonies, or religious edicts.

That is, it was like that until the Nanny State and the Commies started allowing the FedGov to act outside of it's Constitutional limitations. Now it's just a jump ball with whatever Party is in power doing pretty much anything it wants.

Not that I think the rather blatant subtleties of what I just posted will be anything but lost on you...
