What I want to know is how do the other 298 million legal Americans, some of us who carry concealed 24/7/365, manage to get by day after day without shooting our neighbors' dogs.

How many dogs did the FedEx, UPS, ComEd, water meter readers and mailmen have to shoot today?

Wait a second.. I thought the Oakland PD wasn’t responding to burglar alarms anymore? Or even a confirmed robbery in progress? Or do they only answer the calls if there’s a family dog available...?
