Who on earth would want to risk their carreer on tring to do a better job than John Wayne in ANY role
Of all his movies, no doubt they would pick this one to do a remake...it's probably the most politically correct of his movies...with a very tough female character.
No way in hell they would do a remake of, say, The Cowboys....that certainly would not fit into the whole "social re-engineering" (rebuke of traditional roles of society)....going on in today's(so-called)entertainment world.
