The drug war is a gross violation of constitutional rights and a gross expansion of federal power with no regard for constitutional authority. Back when Prohibition was passed, it was understood that constitutional authority was required for just a vast expansion of federal power, so an amendment was passed.
I hate to break it to you, but sometimes even the left can recognize when the constitution is being shredded. It’s a shame you don’t care to notice.
