It's appropriate to ask whether the criminalization of drugs is an legitimate Constitutional function of the Federal government. In my opinion the answer to that is no.

The fact that some leftists may want to decriminalize drugs on a Federal level does not, repeat not, make the opposite position a Constitutional one.
