PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- A Philadelphia tow truck driver is accused of running over another driver, killing him, in a dispute over a woman and towing territory.
Police say 25-year-old Glen McDaniel ran over 30-year-old Ray Santiago early Sunday in the parking lot of a bar in the Kensington neighborhood.

The guy got mad when the other dude tried to hook-up with his girlfriend.
I guess he was pissed ran over him twice,but how do you stand there and allow yourself to be ran hit?
