"Father Goose" is one of my favorite Cary Grant movies, along with "Operation Petticoat" and "Mr Lucky." All of them are great "date flicks." There is enough action, adventure and/or humor to keep a guy from falling asleep in his seat as well as enough romance to keep his date awake.

They couldn't make another "Howards of Virginia," there is only one man alive who can trip Mrs Mag's trigger like Cary Grant did, and he is too busy posting to FR to make a movie. No, I don't mean Lazmataz.

Not that I have been offered any Hollywood contracts.

I just remembered one other favorite: “Houseboat.” It features a new starlet opposite Grant named Sophia Loren.
