Not so strange. Here’s what comes to my mind: Wife/girlfriend adopts kitten and showers much more attention on it than husband/boyfriend. The last straw comes when wife/girlfriend has the cat dyed “stink pink” and wants husband/boyfriend to kiss “Pinkipoo.” Wife/girlfriend leaves husband/boyfriend alone with Pinkipoo while she goes shopping for a pink kitty canopy bed, pink wallpaint and carpet. Pinkipoo is gone when she gets back, husband/boyfriend swears it must have been catnapped. Now consoling wife/girlfriend.

I see pink poodles all the time and never thought of it as ‘sick’. I always thought it was kind of cute.

However, vets have not been able to wash the dye out of her fur and she will have to wait for it to grow out. I'm sure the cat is enormously distressed by the fact that it has pink fur.
Can we get a lawsuit here somewhere on behalf of the poor psychologically distressed cat?
