The Squeeze bottle available with the saline packets premeasured etc. at Walgreens are better, imho, than the netti. Much more functional and comfortable for me to use. It’s not fun but it’s workable. And with lifelong sinus infection challenges, it’s been a welcome and effective solution.

I tried the squeeze bottle and the premeasured packets. The squeeze bottle didn't work nearly as effectively as the Neti Pot and something in the packets was too harsh for my sinus membranes, it left me burning and hurting. My husband uses that method with no problem. Which ever works for you is a real help to prevent and even cure without antibiotics, sinus infections (which can hang on for months after a cold or flu) .
