If I had been the father - the illegal perp would be headed to the morgue. The cops would have said - "did you really need to shoot him 15 times?" "Ahhh - my gun jammed"

I’d send him home with his nuts in his pocket as a reminder not to mess with little American girls.

“There was definitely a struggle, as you might anticipate, but I think [the father] showed commendable restraint,”

...yeah. Good boy. Wouldn’t want to hurt the perp. Best to talk with him and find out what causes him to do these things.~sarc That guy would’ve been dead and a half in my house while still in the closet! “Restraint” my ass!

Once he was handcuffed and in the back of a squad car, he "became irate, violent and belligerent," documents said.

Lopez "slammed his head multiple times on the cage and vehicle windows," injuring himself, documents said. He "then bit the left rear door panel several times," causing about $100 worth of damage to the police cruiser.

Scary insane dude. That's why I have burglar bars, guard dogs and loaded guns. BTW, I sleep pretty well at night.

I have a daughter, and I can tell you what my reaction would be, regardless of the consequences I faced. The scum would have an inside out face on the back of his head.

"I'm in a gang, and I'm going to kill you if you call the police," Lopez said, according to police.

As I count, this was the third and fourth reasons to kill the SOB.
