When my dalmatian Tina died, the very next day I went through the paperwork and chased down two breeders on the internet till I was actually sitting next to Tina's Aunt - whose daughter was going to have puppies in a month.

Two months later Joyce was with us. :)

I did the same thing when 2 year old Tootie died. I was heart broken. I called the breeder very quickly I had a full sister from the next littler. It healed my heart, there is nothing quite like puppy kisses to do that.
