I think it will be Jeb Bush because he is a successful former Governor of a state with no income tax, he speaks fluent Spanish and latinos love him, and he is an intellectual heavyweight.
Who do you think it will be?
Romney may have trouble getting the Christian vote in a general election.
Once again you show glimmers of intelligent life. Most of us would agree that McCain is a vain, irrational, media loving, open borders faux conservative. We still voted for him.
Why, you ask? Because a useless lump of Washington excrement like McCain would have been better than a completely inexperienced, racist, avowed marxist who believes everything that made America great is wrong would be worse. It is.
Why did you vote for a completely inexperienced, racist, avowed marxist who believes everything that made America great is wrong?
Too cute by half. Coming from Salon, you know damn well what DU, KoS and those other socialist sites are. And, you are a troll; it's by our definition, not yours.
I thought Obama was more ready than McCain.
> “Please move Jindal to group 3. I just cant stand him.”
.
Jindal has admitted that he does not qualify under article 2, and will never run. He has no desire to trample on our constitution.
I got into an argument with Glenn Greenwald at Salon over whether Awlaki can legally be killed on sight.
He said no because Awlaki’s an American citizen.
McCain was a Navy officer, a war hero tried under the most extreme circumstances and a veteran Member of Congress who has navigated Washington politics and helped shaped public policy for over twenty years. Obama had been a Senator for 150 days before he began campaigning for President. He wrote no legislation, but had published two autobiographies. He has no work experience, no college records, no school friends.
So what in Obama's resume brought you to the conclusion that he was ready for the Presidency?
A graduate of the US Naval Academy, a war veteran, a former POW, a member of the US House of Representatives, and a member of the US Senate since 1986 is less prepared for the presidency than a socialist community organizer, a failed Illinois Senator who voted “present” more often than he voted for or against anything, and who served less than two years in the US Senate before he began his campaign for the presidency?
Again, you’re too cute by half. You’re can’t be that dumb. Now we’re seeing the true purpose of your being here, troll.
If its anyone but Palin, its all academic; we will have failed to grasp our last opportunity to survive as a sovereign nation.
I’m constantly amazed at the willful ignorance displayed here on this question. The few outside of Palin that are ideologically qualified, such as Pence, are in no way qualified, nor capable of attacking the actual job.
Good intentions are not enough; we need the proven corruption routing experience, and politically astute tenacity of our flame hardened candidate.
You’ll be receiving one shortly......
Obama’s youth made McCain seem even older than he was. Other than that, I liked that he graduated summa cum laude from Harvard Law. He was liked by Muslims and most of the world as a candidate. He even drew 200,000 Germans out to see him speak in Berlin. He crafted a great bill on transparency with Senator Coburn. Though he never served, he didn’t strike me as a dove. His rhetorical skills seemed they would serve us well with regard to diplomacy. His quick rise from law school grad to Senator showed an inclination for commitment and hard work.

and he's a homo girly man

and his beard has a package:
and the troops think he is a moron:
Marine, you should show the proper respect to a fellow Marine - the kind of mutual respect we Marines all show to each other. No need to engage in vitriol.
> “If a Yale & Harvard grad isn’t an intellectual heavyweight, who is?”
.
LOL! - You’re conflating political correctness with intellect.
Yale and Harvard have become the embodiment of psuedo-intellectualism.
.
Buckeyetexan admitted he voted for Hillary.
He’s not high on my list. I’ll support him if he gets the nomination but I won’t support him at the caucus.
So, those people vote in our elections, right? Gee, I always thought a politician ran for office to serve the American electorate. Dummie me...
He crafted a great bill on transparency with Senator Coburn.
And his term thus far has been one of complete transparency and openness. NOT!
Though he never served, he didnt strike me as a dove.
Dove? He isn't a dove. He's a socialist.
His rhetorical skills seemed they would serve us well with regard to diplomacy.
Fooled you there, didn't he. There's a reason why his teleprompter is known as TOTUS...
His quick rise from law school grad to Senator showed an inclination for commitment and hard work.
BWAHAAAAAAHAAAAAA! It showed a man who manipulated his way into state office, who voted "present" more times than for or against any policy, and a man controlled by Chicago machine politics. His hard work is exemplified by 6 vacations already this year, not to mention his golf. Yeah, he's a dynamo, alright...
Wow! An honest moment from that troll!
