flash cookies-anyone know how to delete from hard drive?

The above suggestions will not work in all cases. The only way to be sure you have the settings you want and to remove all of the flash cookies is to go to Adobe’s support site here:

Upthread somebody had the answer. search for folders for “macromedia” and you’ll find it. Note that there are two folders in the tree under macromedia that have flash cookies in them. Delete the folder, and I think it is re-created next time around.

Yet another reason to hate Adobe.
