I dunno about all that, but it was painful trying to watch a Breitbart vid yesterday on youtube...start/stop/continue - every few seconds...at one point, I decided just to get thru it no matter what, but it took a long time...during one of the many pauses, I wondered if they were slowing his vids down.../conspiracy...
nah...youtube sputters consistently....yesterday I tried to listen to multiple music selections with the same result.
