Of course, no one thinks of the scientists who work day in and day out trying to find a cure or better treatment for the blind. It’s not the UN or Stevie Wonder doing all the work 24/7 inside a lab.

Tons of Christian charities giving aid to the blind around the world.

I personally know a man whose father (a Christian missionary) helped build a hospital for the blind in Herat, Afghanistan when the Soviets occupied the place.
