I like the jars of peanut butter that has about an inch of oil on the top that you have to "stir in" the peanut butter when removing the lid. It is usually written on the label that "separation of oil is natural" and I like that because it means it's natural.

It can get kind of messy stirring it however, especially when the jar is still full. Due to my superior level of intelligence, I managed to figure out a non-messy way of doing this:

Simply turn the jar upside down about a half hour before you intend to use it. This will cause the oil to "rise to the bottom" so to speak. Then you quickly flip the jar when you are ready to eat it and you will be able to easily stir up the peanut butter with no oil splatter. You have just OUT-SMARTED the peanut butter!

I feel like such a chimp now. I always hated trying to stir that stuff up. Thanks for the tip!
