First it was Global Cooling and we were all going to freeze. Then it was Global Warming and we were all going to bake. Then it became Global Climate Change because they weren’t sure whether we would bake or freeze, but they were sure it had to do with temperature.
Now apparently it’s Global Climate Disruption, because they aren’t even sure the temperature will be any different than it otherwise would have been, but still, it’s going to be really bad, and it’s all our fault. Whatever it’s going to be the cure will be massive government intervention in the economy & massive taxation via cap and trade.
It would be cheaper and far more effective if we just glued one-dollar bills all over our houses. It would provide enough insulation to offset a 1-2 degree temperature offset over the next 10-100 years.
