One of his Deputies was ambushed by illegals carrying AK47s.

I don’t know who he was back in MA, but here he is telling the truth. When you have a sign put up by the Federal Govt telling the citizens of the US to stay away from a particular area because of smugglers, we have a problem. The sign is in his county. If he’s putting a spotlight on the problem, I’d say he’s doing his J.O.B.

You know I have to step back a bit and agree with you.

I thought about it and he is in a small county population wise as opposed to say Maricopa.

Sheriff Arpaio can mount out 1000 people just in his Posse (and he has not really tapped the peoples resources available if it comes down to a fight.) .

You will need those kinds of numbers to keep watch because the Narco Terrorist leaders can hide behind the border and issue orders to attack Americans who resist them.

Given that our Federal authorities are more worried about American Veterans and Christians than the Narco Terrorist/ Human Traffickers he really has to be concerned about who will back him once the fight is on.

For now it appears we are lucky if the DEA is allowed to grab a BG or two South of the Border. They certainly would not be allowed to bang on the Narco Terrorists hard (Both the current US leadership and the Mexican Government would be all over them if they tried).

I have to agree the Sheriff is doing his job in no small part by bringing the issue to the public's attention as much and widely as possible.
