Suisun City claims they are doing a great job serving us. My video shows they are not and they are in fact neglecting neighborhoods and are themselves engaged in misconduct, fraud, waste and abuse. This is the first video in a series showing the city is NOT doing their jobs and their police force is causing problems and engaging in intimidation, harrasment of citizens and taxpayers who dare complain. The next videos will show their misconduct and biased policing allowing a cop's errant out-of-control kids to operate a 24 hour a day 365 a year "party house" next to mine with constant noise, parties, vandalism, sex in the front yard, loitering, vomit and excrement on my driveway, tresspassing--The suisun cops wouldnt enforce restraining orders. Then there's the mob of Comcast Solicitors and a census worker who started harrassing my family on May 14th --more on those incidents in the next videos. Suisun is heading to FEDERAL COURT----California's courts don't work and will not offer remedy, relief or resolution.

sex in the front yard You obviously have a video camera.
Where is your entrepreneurial spirit? This could be a source of revenue.

There are a lot of city of Bell s in the country.
Many of them are in the Northeast where political bribery and corruption runs rampant (think Chicago and Massachusetts).

Suisun appears to have become Fairfield-lite (or, perhaps not-so-lite)!!

Then there's the mob of Comcast Solicitors and a census worker who started harrassing my family on May 14th Heavens to Betsy, door-to-door salesmen harassing you! Two things you can do:
- Put up a "No Solicitors" sign on your property. If Suisin is like other towns in California, solicitors need to have a city permit, which specifically says they cannot go to houses with such a sign.
- Don't answer your door!

Thats because the cops are to busy partying . WHO is the Chief?
To: ssaftler
But I do have a decorative “No Soliticing” sign on my front door. And I didn't answer the door until one of them put a bicycle up against the front of my mailbox at mail delivery time. I was nice but they were rude, hostile and confrontational. I dropped the bicycle off the property line and told them to keep it off my property. Census worker (without identifying himself) followed me back to my front door yelling questions at me the whole time.
I thought we California homeowners have a right to the “quiet enjoyment of our homes” as the courts have ruled in this state.
But the Suisun (Sewer Soon) Police seem to think otherwise.
The Police charged me with “assault with a deadly weapon” and falsified the police report. This has cost my family $5000 so far. I have repeatedly told them and showed them my multiple video cameras mounted in the front of our home but rookie wouldn’t listen.

The Chief of Suisun City is Chief Ed Dashido, a police officer who came from the Los Angeles area-—These police officers like to play “municipal musical chairs” as they get recycled from community to community. Quite often, they get charged, convicted, fired and then they go to another municipality where they get a clean slate until upon court discovery they are exposed and the costly case is lost.
Chief Dashido makes almost as much as a US Military 4-Star General does. US Military Flag officer pay is capped by executive schedule and public law at 179K a year. Chief Dashido is not worth 169K a year. He doesn't command tens of thousands of troops on a global basis nor does his span of control involved billions in assets all over the planet. Instead, he's the Chief of a small town (8000 people) in Northern California.

Chief Dashido is not worth 169K a year. Because he won't get some trash cans off your street?
Because he isn't mad at people working on vehicles in a driveway?
Because he doesn't hate RVs?
Hey, pay me $50,000 and I'll do all that stuff.
You're really sounding like a busy-body wiener here.

Come on down to V-town where real crime happens-you know-drive-bys, murders, carjackings, home invasions and armed robberies.
You’ll be way too busy dodging bullets to worry about RV’s parked in the neighbor’s unmowed yard.
Lock and load!

Go read the city code. Code is code. I can’t change that. If they refuse to uphold the code/laws then they should rescind the codes and fire the officers instead of wasting our money and making a pretense that they are doing their jobs. They’re not.
Several years ago, we had effective code enforcement. Now we don’t!
To: Pan_Yan
Regardless how you feel, California’s State and Local Governments are on the “front burner” and the whole nation knows.
In the course of one year, Suisun has had 3 murders-—The murder of a phone store salesman, the murder of a young man on a street and the kidnapping murder of a Asian woman. 2 of the 3 murders have not been solved.
There are only 8000 people in this city. That’s not a good sign!
To: Califreak
Guess what happens Mr. Bright Bulb if we let nuisances and code infractions go unchecked, reduced or mitigated?
I know despite your dim bulb you can figure that one out!-—hint hint——we become another V-Town!
To: humblegunner
If you listen closely I said I didn't think trash cans should be an emphasis item “that's minor—no big deal” were my exact words, but if they are claiming they are taking care of it then they shouldn't claim something that they are NOT doing. The video doesn't lie, does it? Junk dismantled cars, campers parked across lawns—the code is the code.
The key to all of this is their claims in the Sewer Soon Newsletter.
I think that your just being rude and obnoxious towards people come in here. We have people who come in here and defend misconduct on the part of public servants every day-—especially Law Enforcement.
Great, but that's your reputation, not mine. People like you just snap at each other and it's like a shark tank in here, isn't it?
Smells of hypocrisy.
